Please note the following conditions of sale: • Gift vouchers lost in the mail will be replaced free of charge, and damaged vouchers will be replaced at our discretion, although only the identification numbers are required to make a purchase. • If the entire value of a gift voucher is not spent in one transaction and the remaining value is $9.95 or above, the remaining value will be sent, along with the item/s purchased, as a credit note for redemption at a later date. • If the entire value of a gift voucher is not spent in one transaction and the remaining value is less than $9.95, the remaining value will be sent, along with the item/s purchased, as a cheque, less a $2.00 administration fee. • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash • In the event that Sexy Toy Box Australia is not longer operating upon the desire to redeem a gift voucher, the value of the gift voucher will be returned by cheque, so long as the voucher was purchased within 12 months of this time.
