Penis Pumps

How they work:   The cylinder is placed over the penis.  When the bulb/trigger is pumped, air is extracted from the cyclinder, creating a vacuum.  This vacuum then draws more blood into the penis, engorging the tissue and helping to cause an erection.  When enlarging, this vacuum is kept for a period of time, which is believed to cause expansion of the tissue and result in an increase in size.  More info on penis pumps
